On Aug. 6, 2025, our very own Anne Keele, Chief Financial Officer of Silver State International and Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment, was honored in Las Vegas as one of Nevada Business Magazine’s 2025 Women to Watch.
Selected from hundreds of nominations, Anne was recognized for her outstanding career, leadership, and community commitment in northern Nevada.
Anne’s career with our companies spans over 31 years. She began at the front desk of Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment and worked her way into leadership, now overseeing all financial operations for both Peterbilt and Silver State International — from accounts payable to truck sales and inventory control. Her work supports the only full-service International truck and IC Bus dealership in northern Nevada, helping keep fleets strong and safe.
Anne’s dedication doesn’t stop at the office. She’s an accomplished musician who has performed with the Reno Philharmonic for 20 years and now volunteers with the Reno Pops Orchestra. She also serves as treasurer for the Northern Nevada Rural Concert Initiative, bringing live orchestral music to rural communities and mentoring young musicians.
Reflecting on her career, Anne says:
“Trucks were never on my radar, but I’ve grown to love the industry—its evolving technology, its vital role in our economy, and its constant change.”
Her advice to future female leaders is simple but powerful:
“Trust your voice and value your worth. Lead with authenticity, integrity, and confidence—especially in fields where women are underrepresented.”
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Anne’s achievements and her well-deserved recognition. Congratulations, Anne, on being named one of Nevada’s Women to Watch!
