We are so proud of our own Charlie Brown! Congratulations on being named a finalist in Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network’s Twenty Under 40!

With over 16 years of experience, Charlie Brown is the Service Manager at Silver State International Trucks. He joined the team in 2013 as foreman and has since fostered strong relationships between employees, management, and customers. His expertise in cost estimation, workflow management, and quality assurance played a key role in making the dealership’s service department one of the most profitable nationwide. Brown emphasizes the importance of ethics, recruitment, employee training, and development to boost productivity. A graduate of Universal Technical Institute, he holds industry certifications and continues his education through management courses. As Chairman of the Truckee Meadows Community College Diesel Advisory Board, he helps align curriculum with industry needs and expand apprenticeship opportunities for students. Additionally, Brown is active in community outreach and represents the dealership at public events across the country.
