As Seen in NNBW: People: Lane Powell named chief operations officer at Peterbilt Truck Parts and Equipment and Silver State International

Peterbilt Truck Parts and Equipment and Silver State International are pleased to announce the promotion of Lane Powell to chief operations officer.

Powell has more than 10 years of experience in the trucking industry. Previously, he served as the Silver State International general manager of leasing, where he was responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of the leasing divisions, Idealease and PacLease.

Powell served as a tank technician in the U.S. Army and holds numerous certifications from Paccar, Cummins, ASE, and the U.S Army. In 2019, he worked directly with the corporate team at Idealease and the National Private Truck Council to host a safety seminar, which was well attended by fleet owners and managers from all over the region.

Powell received his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023.

In his new role, Powell will be responsible for directing and coordinating operations for both Silver State International and Peterbilt Truck Parts and Equipment.
